Thrive Supported Living

Thrive Supported Living was started to give semi-permanent residences.

A brand new start.

Life can be a struggle when things fall apart. We strive to help people to reclaim their lives and to make positive decisions.
As the Catalyst Night Shelter was needed to get people immediately sheltered, we recognised a need to move those in the shelter into semi-permanent housing. Thrive Supported Living allowed service-users to access personal support directly from Ahava Community. The newly housed residents were required to meet a support worker in an attempt to help them with life-planning, personal and sometimes financial aid solutions.
Individuals were sign-posted and given broad assistance with multi agancy support when needed.

Ahava Community helped to steer many of our service users to educational and work opportunities. We would like to think that we gave a framework to those who had to felt abandoned and/or let down.
Thrive as a Project is very near it's end. We thank all those who helped with Thrive and wish all former service-users great success in their futures.
